A Way Through Overwhelm

For years, I lived in a quiet battle with clinical depression. Therapy and medication helped, but I still felt like I was just getting through my days.
Motherhood changed that. I didn’t want to just function anymore. I wanted to feel steady. Present. At home in my own life!
After some hard seasons, I began rebuilding – not through one big transformation, but through many small, deliberate shifts.
Practice of Living is where I hope to share what helped.
It’s definitely not about perfection. It certainly has nothing to do with pressure. Just the steady work of building a life that actually feels good to live…. because living well isn’t something I want to achieve. It’s something I’ve learned to practice.
